Andrea heads up our growing Human Resources Division. She works to provide support to our clients in the development, management and growth of people in their organisations. Much of her work centres on firstly ensuring a good 'fit' of employees into the organisation and then in the effective growth, development and management of employees.

Prior to joining Staples Rodway Hawkes Bay, Andrea worked as an Organisational Psychology Consultant specialising in personality profiling and capability assessment. She has worked with individuals, teams and leaders. Prior to this work, she has held roles in human resources and career coaching.
