Judyne Howell

Judyne joined the Taranaki team in 2013 as a Senior Organisation Development Consultant after seventeen years working as a consultant in Wellington and Hawkes Bay. For seven of those years Judyne ran her own successful consultancy business working with senior managers in both the public and private sectors across New Zealand. Following this, Judyne worked in a senior management at Crown Law working with some of the most senior lawyers in New Zealand.

Two highlights for Judyne has been (1) supporting the creation of a development focused culture including developing the overall leadership capability at Crown Law, and (2) in her consultancy work, designing and delivering the "Leading Change" programme across New Zealand for the Ministry of Social Development.

As part of the Human Resources team, Judyne is involved in all stages of consulting, working in a variety of ways from one-on-one coaching programmes, to group workshops, to organisational restructure processes and Board / senior leadership reviews.
