With over 20 years experience as a Chartered Accountant, Philip’s extensive knowledge and business acumen enables him to offer sound advice to improve the performance of many Taranaki companies. He is passionate about supporting small to medium sized businesses to streamline their processes with a particular focus on accounting software selection and bookkeeping services.

As a Director of the firm, Philip believes in listening to what clients want and finding a solution for their needs. His knowledge of accounting software, business development and Human Resource enable him to provide a complete approach to business management and growth. Knowing the importance of people within business, Philip also heads the busy HR Consulting division.

Philip's background was originally based strongly around his farming background, and being from the Waikato there was a focus towards Bloodstock and Dairy farming. He has since developed a strong interest in classic car racing, so naturally the automotive industry has became a focus and he has developed specialist skills in this area.
